Marriott Airport Hotel Columbus, Ohio

8th Annual Ohio Sibling Conference

This unique gathering is unlike anything else in the United States. Only at the Ohio SIBS conference can adult brothers and sisters of people with MR/DD gather together to hear directly from MR/DD professionals, educators, politicians and other Adult Siblings. The conference is an opportunity to share information, ideas and family experiences.

Join us in a safe, supportive environment that provides an honest look at our family roles as caregivers, advocates and siblings. Our hope is to enhance your knowledge base so that you may enhance the lives of your siblings and other family members.

We are deeply grateful for the support of the Ohio Association of Adult Services, the Association of County Boards of MRDD, Ohio DD Council, the Ohio Self-Determination Association, Ohio Superintendents Association, Champaign Residential Services, the Columbus Foundation, and Ohio Provider Resource Association. This conference would not be possible without your generosity.

We welcome any suggestions, new ideas or volunteers to assist with our outreach efforts. Please e-mail Tom Fish at fish.1@osu.edu or Rachel Straus at straus.9@osu.edu if you are interested!
